India-China trains Afghan diplomats as part of 3rd country joint projects


The 2nd Joint India-China Capacity Building Programme for Afghan Diplomats is being held at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the Ministry of External Affairs from November 11 to 23 November. 10 young diplomats from Afghanistan are participating in the Course which is part of India-China joint projects in third countries.

The intensive two-week course would include training modules on various topics covering India’s foreign policy, key international issues, multilateral diplomacy and diplomatic skills. The participants would get an exposure to modern India’s economic and technological developments, officials told ET. They would also undertake study tours to experience the cultural heritage of India.
