India to get 100 Gbps internet speed within next year’s end, ISRO chief Sivan claims

Gone are the days when it actually took us an hour to download a video song, a day to download a movie and more than a day to download games or other applications. Very soon, the Indians would experience one heck of a blistering internet speed. Interesting isn’t it? Yes, it is.


According to a March 2018 report, India ranks 109th globally in internet services. Though the country’s wired broadband speed is okayish, but still low as compared to countries that provide blazing fast internet. However, according to ISRO Chief K Sivan, who claims India will soon get access to a lightning 100 Gbps internet across the country.
